The new Werner Fixed Ladder Anchor A521000 provides a fall protection anchor on fixed ladders for a personal fall arrest system. The adjustable anchor has two points of safe, secure connections. One is for fall arrest when ascending or descending the fixed ladder, and the other is an anchor/transfer point for 100% tie-off during the transition to the working surface.
